This is the first mechanic shop which are so honest . I left my Mazda 3 to there centre for this first time fir a minor service . They also offered me a free trip to train station . I thought I needed a Uber . Latter in the day John called me and was very apologetic that as they just started my service my car was accidentally scratched along the rear side of the bumper. He then sent me a photo on the damage it was so minor but what impressed me is they told me instead of hidding it. They then gave me a free courtesy car and had it taken to a panel shop and fixed the next day with a free polish and they refused to take any money for the service . This is a family business that deeply care about there customers and not the $$$$.

John and Paul have been my regular mechanics for years, fantastic service at a reasonable price. Never had any dilemmas, always on time and happy to help with anything and everything!

Above and beyond customer service when I dropped my car in to be worked on. Courtesy car for the day was an added bonus, especially when I thought I would have to catch cabs to and from work. Definitely recommend to people needing a quick and reliable service!

Paul, John and the service team are excellent with their work, they work as per customer's request and delivered what were asked.

Generally they can finish the work within the day, also give me the custody car to travel to/ from work and very flexible around family with young children like me - they give priority :D

They are my local repairer and I can always call them if I need any help on my car. They even tolled it for free as I am a regular customer and they just have very good community support to local people.

I highly recommend them to anyone.

The place to take your car for a service. The mechanics are knowledgeable on foreign and Australian cars, very friendly and trustworthy and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also reasonable pricing.

My BMW X5 was involved in an accident last year and John and Paul were able to fix it up, good as new. Since then I have utilized Mordialloc Service Center to service my car and fix various items on my vehicle.

They have been both professional and understanding and have helped me fix a multitude of problems with my vehicle on a timely manner.

In addition to this, any changes or unforeseen issues have been communicated to me promptly and they have given ample advice going forward.

Wow. Fantastic service. We had a work van break down early this morning. We had it towed and fixed the same day. Being a work vehicle we can’t afford for it to be off the road. Definitely affordable and will be bringing our vehicles here from now on. Great work guys. Much appreciated.
